Following development programmes are being conducted for upgrading educational profile & skills of faculty.
- Process of accreditation by NBA-AICTE and NAAC-UGC & other international organizations are on cards in 2009.
- Sponsoring faculty members for Conferences, seminars, AICTE-ISTESTTPS & workshop at IITs, NITs & other institutions.
- Sponsoring for higher education i.e. (ME / M.Tech /Ph.D)
- Research papers are encouraged to be published in National / International conferences / seminars / journals.
- Faculty members are promoted regularly through direct selection and under career advancement scheme.
- Faculty is encouraged for consultancy projects from industries.
Summer Training / Internships
At ITM students undergo training by way of summer internships. Students are putting in two months of intense work in corporate world, which prepares them for real life working scenarios. Prior to going for their internships, students are trained in the areas which will be required by them. Till date our students have made a distinct impression in industry as trainees. They are transformed to be genuine solution providers rather than mere interns. Our students are presently working as software engineers for Infosys Technology, Cognizant Tech. & Solution, Satyam, Reliance, TCS to name a few and many international corporate sectors.
Linkages
The Institute has made consolidated efforts to have linkages with industry corporate sectors, community leading technical institutions of the region and the country as a whole and with R & D laboratories of the country. It is envisaged that such a linkage would protocols research & development activities in the Institutes and develop a sense of partnership with industry & Corporate Sector. It would also serve the purpose for wholesome growth of students and would fulfill the commitment of the Institute towards society as large.
Linkages with Industry
Throughout the year, the students organize & participate in various face to face interactions with leading industry professionals through seminars & guest lectures.
Industry-Institute Interaction
Leading entrepreneurs & top ranking corporate leaders visit the campus periodically & conduct workshops on various recent & industry specific topics. Students interaction with these personalities impart certain pointers which help them in their professional life to come. Each department has separate I. I. I. Cell and developed relationship with nearby industries located at Malanpur Industrial Estate.

• Association with IIT Delhi & IIT Kanpur.
